Kreditor
Created a unified fintech web product from disparate entities: with personal accounts for borrowers and investors, landing pages for individual products, and calculators. Simplified the structure and reduced the load on managers.

A unified fintech web product from disparate entities: with personal accounts for borrowers and investors, landing pages for individual products, and calculators. We explain how we developed a unified digital platform that automated client interactions, reduced the load on managers, and became the foundation for business scaling.
Client
"Creditor" is a financial group specializing in lending, investments, and consulting. Over several years, the company has grown from a local player into an ecosystem with dozens of products and directions.
After the brand redesign and launch of a new website, the business reached the next stage of maturity — digitalization of internal processes. The company's clients interacted with managers directly: requesting data on payments, mortgage statuses, insurance, and contracts. This slowed down operations and hindered scaling.
The next step was obvious — creating a unified digital environment that would simplify communication and automate everything that was previously done manually.

Task
It was necessary to design a personal account for two key audiences: investors and borrowers — with integration into the company's existing infrastructure.
Main objectives:
— Reduce the number of support and manager inquiries
— Ensure data transparency for all operations
— Unite 1C, Bitrix, and external services into a single system
— Create a foundation for further scaling and connecting new features
Results:
— 80% reduction in support and manager inquiries
— 65% faster client service without staff increase
— Increased data transparency, which boosted investor trust
— Created scalable architecture for adding new features, including a referral program
Research and analytics
To begin implementing the personal account, it was necessary to design user journeys, build functionality from scratch, and identify critical points where digitalization would have maximum effect.
We conducted a series of interviews with clients and employees of "Creditor". The analysis showed:
— Investors want to see payment statuses, profitability dynamics, and reporting in one place
— Borrowers need quick access to payment schedules, insurance, and early repayment options
— Employees spend a significant portion of their time on routine requests that can be automated
This allowed us to see: where the business loses resources, and where it can grow — if manual processes are replaced with systematic ones.

Solution
We designed two independent but logically connected personal accounts — for the investor and the borrower. Both solutions operate within a shared data ecosystem and are united by a single modular identity, developed earlier as part of the "Creditor" brand redesign.
The interface logic is built according to banking standards: minimalism, structure, emphasis on key figures. Data on products, payments, and contracts is synchronized directly with 1C:UNF, and client interactions are recorded in Bitrix.
Investor personal account
The investor receives access automatically after purchasing an investment product. The main page displays summary information: total investment volume, available funds, average profitability, and a list of active mortgages and loans.

From the account you can:
— Track payments and payment schedules for each asset
— Receive notifications including via SMS about overdue payments, insurance renewals, and early repayments
— Withdraw funds to pre-registered details
— Reach out to a manager for inquiries

Borrower's personal account
The user sees all information about their loans: debt amount, next payment, interest rate, collateral and insurance status. The ability to pay the loan via QR code and submit an application for early repayment has been implemented.

Additional sections include:
— Ability to make early payments and submit applications
— Payment schedule with visual indication of overdue payments
— Transaction history with details for each payment event
— Ability to update collateral and insurance documents directly from the account
— Notifications with SMS duplication
Integrations and testing
The personal account became a link between 1C:UNF, Bitrix24 and the user interface. We formed technical specifications together with 1C specialists and developed our own API from scratch for data synchronization, as well as built a three-level system interaction structure.
Technology stack:
— Backend: PHP + Laravel
— Frontend: React, Next.js, Typescript
— Integration with 1C:UNF and Bitrix24
— Unified UI system for rapid scaling of new pages and sections
Before release, we conducted usability testing of prototypes with investors and a pilot launch with a limited group of users. This allowed us to refine scenarios, speed up navigation and eliminate unnecessary steps in key processes — for example, when making early loan repayment or withdrawing funds.

The project showed how digitalization can change a business model without changing strategy. We created a system that automates routine tasks, increases customer trust and is ready to scale along with the company's growth.
At ZHIRNOV Studio we develop digital products for FinTech, SaaS and e-commerce — where design must be not only beautiful, but also functional.
